The advantage of the break was an opportunity for Ann to clear her head thus she can concentrate better so she can get revived with new encounters. She composed a book â€Å"The Artist’s Way at Work† about improving innovativeness and advancement at work. So this is one of the advantages also, composing the book I think positively affected her work. I don’t think there were and disadvantages, in light of the fact that at Y&R she was back again trying sincerely and she was fruitful.
